EMERGENCY RESPONSE!

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! THIS IS A DRILL

THIS TIME!!! – Saturday 27 July 09:00-12:00.

Many people indicated an interest in first aid training in our recent Henley on Klip Community Police Forum (HCPF) poll. As a result, we have invited ER24 to bring an ambulance and crew to give us a demonstration of First Aid and CPR on Saturday 27 July 09:00-12:00 in the garden at About Time Gift & Coffee Shop on Ewelme Street. Bring the children for Show and Tell. Q&A for adults.

At the event the HCPF will accept sign-ups for a HWSETA accredited First Aid Level 1 course (16hrs @ R825) presented at Altra Medical Productions here in Henley on Klip. All are welcome. Limited sponsorships available.

Boeries will be available on the day at the Henley on Klip Command Centre across the road. Support HCPF.

First aid is the first and immediate assistance given to any person suffering from either a minor or serious illness or injury. It can range from applying a plaster to a cut on a sports field or on a camping trip, to performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) while waiting for an ambulance. A little knowledge could save a life.

ER24 is the premier private emergency medical care provider in South Africa. We operate from 59 bases throughout South Africa and provide quality emergency response and pre-hospital care services, supporting both public and private hospitals. ER24 is wholly owned by Mediclinic Southern Africa which represents the Southern African operations of Mediclinic International.

ER24 is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Advanced Life Support ambulance service.

ER24’s integrated service offering – which includes aeromedical services and evacuations, medical concierge services, medical case management, international patient management, hospital in-patient referrals, medical repatriation, escorting of minors service, and repatriation of mortal remains – positions ER24 as a medical services solution of choice on the African continent.

Altra Medical Productions was founded and established in 1997. Our prime motivation and inspiration for the establishment of this company was based on the need to contribute to the country’s work conditions and training needs.

South Africa is in need of good quality training and skills development due to the current outcry of skills shortages coupled with poor working conditions.

We are committed to render quality training and consulting services comparable to world class standards, which will add value to and uplift our clients, staff and communities. Altra Medical Productions are registered with Department of Labour and accredited with HWSETA.

We have assisted thousands of companies to reduce their accident rate and in the process enabled them to claim back money spent on skills development. Let us help you reduce your accident rate and save money. We are positive change agents within the Health and Safety industry of South Africa. We provide our clients with complete peace of mind.
